FAQ: What type of lock comes with the wrought iron gate?

Answer: Double locking lock with 8 computerised keys. The lock comes with 8 keys because it is tough and costly to duplicate these keys. Duplication can only be done at specialised key store at a cost of $10 - $12 each thus our company understand the needs of our customers and provide 8 keys for all our lock.

FAQ: What happen will the lock is damaged?

Answer: If the lock is damaged within one year, parts and labour will be free under our full warranty. However, rest assured, this usually do not happen and the lock can usually last at least 5 years based on our experience.

After the warranty, lock can be replaced and the cost of $90 - $150 depending on the quality of your existing lock.

FAQ: Can I get a better quality lock?

Answer: Of course you can. You can ask our sale rep for the alternative lock choice such as stainless steel lock that comes at a slight premium price.

FAQ: Can I buy my own lock?

Answer: You can. But we will not reduce the price of our wrought iron gate as this is a package price and we will not install the lock for you as special lock installation requires special tools that we do not have.
However, I will not suggest customers to buy the lock on their own as buying one lock by itself is very costly, at least $200 - $300, which to me is not worth it.
