Wrought Iron Gate Paint

Wrought iron gate is a popular choice in Singapore because of its durability and low price. However, wrought iron gate may rust if the painting process is not done properly. In Ho Ho Engineering and Renovation Works, all of our gate will undergoing the following painting process and ensure extra protection which will prolong the lifespan of the wrought iron gate we produce.

Step 1 : Apply a rust-inhibitive primer to delay the rusting process
Step 2 : Spray the gate with base coat of paint (Black or Sliver)
Step 3: Brush the gate with your colour choice
Step 4: Apply a layer latex to give your gate the extra shine and protection

However, due to the humid weather and sea breeze we experience in Singapore, the rusting process of wrought iron gate in Singapore occurs at a much faster pace as compared to countries with dry weather such as Europe and U.S. Hence, homeowners who wish to receive additional protection for their wrought iron gate can opt for galvanished material.
